3. Credit Note: For cancellations made within 30 days from the scheduled check-in date, or in the case of a no-show, we regret that we cannot provide a monetary refund. However, we will issue a credit note that can be used for a future booking with Namma Dandeli Travel Company. This credit note will be valid for a period of one year from the original check-in date.
